вернулась к курсу о счастье от веселого индуса и прямо захотелось себе записать

the Seven Deadly Happiness Sins
1. The first sin is devaluing happiness, that is, even though we all want to be happy, and we want to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives, we often sacrifice happiness for the sake of other things.
2. The second sin is chasing superiority. Many of us believe that the secret to happiness is being superior to others. We want to be the richest, strongest, fastest, most powerful, attractive, most famous, etc.
3.The third sin is being needy, or its opposite, being avoidant. Тут есть над чем подумать.
4. The fourth sin is being overly controlling. Вот это точно моя боль)
5. Distrusting others...
6....and distrusting life, respectively.На эти два выделена отдельная глава, надеюсь оттуда почерпнуть больше, т.к. недоверие во мне воспитывали с рождения и контролировать открытость миру мне тяжело..
7. The seventh and the final sin is unwillingness or inability to tap into something that one might call the source within. Учусь.
